DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy

This policy outlines how claims of copyright infringement will be handled.
Submitting a DMCA Notice of Claimed Infringement
If you believe that material available on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated copyright agent with the following information:
Your Contact Information: Full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Description of the Infringed Work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. For multiple works, you may submit a representative list.
Identification of the Infringing Material: Provide the URL or specific location of the material on our Site.
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is unauthorized.
Accuracy and Authorization Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Failure to provide all the required information may render your notice ineffective.
Takedown Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, the Site will:
Remove or disable access to the alleged infringing material.
Notify the user responsible for the material.
Inform the user about their right to submit a counter-notification.
Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you believe the removal of your material was due to an error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
Identification of Removed Material: The specific material removed and its prior location on the Site.
Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed in error.
Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your judicial district or any district in which the Site operates.
Contact Information: Full name, address, telephone number, and email.
Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Send the counter-notification to the designated copyright agent at the address above.
Repeat Infringer Policy
The Site enforces a strict policy against repeat infringers and reserves the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate copyright laws.
Abuse Notification
Misuse of the DMCA notice or counter-notification procedures may result in legal action, including liability for damages, court costs, and attorney’s fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
