These records confirm that all depicted individuals meet the age requirements stipulated by law.
Exempt Content:
The Platform acts solely as a service provider. All visual depictions displayed are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75 because the Platform does not act as a "producer" (either primary or secondary, as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257) with respect to the dissemination of content. Our activities are strictly limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and/or formatting of depictions uploaded by independent third parties.
Creator Responsibilities:
Creators and contributors who upload content to the Platform are required to comply with the provisions of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A, including but not limited to maintaining all requisite age verification records and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The Platform reserves the right to remove any content deemed non-compliant, indecent, or in violation of our policies or Terms of Use.
